Shipping

Automatic shipping cost calculation only available for inside the European Union, because of export duties. If you are from outside the European Union, please send us a message to find a solution.

For shipping outside Romania, we use the following services:

• Romanian Post - Small Package (uninsured). The cost of the shipping per product will drop significantly if you add more products. This works for up to 2kg, or approximately 4 Cannier sets. If you pass that, we will send your purchase in two or more separate packages. There is no option for insurance with this service. We do not respond for eventual problems with shipping, like transport taking too long, package getting jammed in a transit hub, or shipping companies losing track of it. We will provide tracking number for your package. Average shipping time is 14 days, but it can vary. 
• DPD - international ground shipping. Delivery times rated to 3-7 days. Does not ship to islands. Includes insurance. The cost of shipping will drop significantly if you add more products - upper limit 30kg.

You can check the exact shipping cost for your location in your cart, or on the product page. Product page will show shipping total, taking in account the products selected on the product page, plus the products that are already in your cart. 

For shipping inside Romania we use DPD standard shipping. In case the option does not appear for your address, you can choose flat rate shipping and we will do manual expedition for you with an available service. 

If you choose local pickup at checkout, wait for our confirmation. We will e-mail you once the products are ready for pick-up. Pick-up location is Spițe Coffee & Cycling, str. Aurel Lazăr nr. 1, Oradea, Romania.
